The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include:

• Bathroom: 1 bathroom featuring a combined bath/shower and basin

Inside, the cottage is equipped for a comfortable stay with a fully appointed kitchen including a fridge, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. For your convenience, there is a laundry area with a washer, dryer, and separate toilet. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi, while a gas fireplace in the living room provides a cozy atmosphere during cooler months. Essential items like an iron and ironing board are also provided.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, featuring a large and shady yard and an undercover area complete with seating and a BBQ. Parking is available on-street or off-street in the driveway under a carport. Please note that the driveway concrete is uneven; therefore, small or low-clearance vehicles are not recommended for the driveway to avoid potential damage.
