To accommodate a maximum capacity of 4 guests, the living area includes a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. The interior is professionally cleaned and managed, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment you arrive.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the property provides an extensive array of in-suite features and resort-style facilities. Inside, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with a range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, full-sized fridge, Keurig coffee machine, blender, toaster, and electric tea kettle. • Check-out: 10:00 AM
• House Rules: No parties, no smoking or vaping, and no pets allowed. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 12 AM to 5 AM. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
• Requirements: A pre-arrival form and ID verification are required after booking. Damage protection is mandatory, with a choice between a $1,500 smart damage waiver or a $1,500 refundable security deposit.
