The sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the master bedroom, 2 Double beds in the guest bedroom, and a sofa bed located in the living room. For added privacy, the bedrooms are separated from the main living area by sliding dividers.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. The minimum age to book this property is 18. Please note that pets are not allowed. Valet parking is available for $45/day (rates subject to change). A starter kit of essentials is provided upon arrival; however, these are not replenished. Beach towels are not provided but can be purchased at the Ku'ai Market on the lobby level. Housekeeping is available for an additional fee.

Important Construction Notice: Spall repair and exterior painting will be ongoing from August through mid-October 2025. During this period, lanai access may be restricted Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and some noise may be experienced during work hours.
