The home is thoughtfully arranged on a single story for easy accessibility. Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, a TV, and its own private bathroom with a tub and shower, along with direct access to the deck. A second bedroom also provides a queen bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a twin bed and a set of bunks, making it ideal for families. Guests also have access to a hallway bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a rustic half bath located in the ground-level shed, accessible only from the exterior.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that this home does not provide sheets or towels; guests may contact Ocracoke Island Realty directly to arrange linens. A starter kit is provided, including a small bottle of dish soap, a bar of soap for each bathroom, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and trash bags. Additional supplies should be brought or purchased at the Ocracoke Variety Store.

House rules strictly prohibit smoking and pets. There is a limit of 3 vehicles permitted on the property. Short stays are available with a three-night minimum, bookable within two weeks of arrival.
