This spacious layout is designed for comfort and flexibility, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one King bed in the first bedroom, and the second bedroom offers a choice of one King bed with a sofa bed or two Twin/Single beds. For additional flexibility, the living area includes a pull-out sofa bed.

The villa is thoughtfully equipped for a seamless stay, featuring a full kitchen with all necessary amenities, a dedicated dining area, and a private patio or balcony. Guests can enjoy a large flat-screen television with cable/satellite service and a DVD player in the living space, along with the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

Note: The Kona Tower will undergo renovations from June 23, 2025, through December 18, 2025, which may cause minor noise between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and limited view obstructions.
