Each villa features spacious accommodations with one king bed in the master bedroom, plus a second bedroom with either a king bed and sofa bed or two twin beds. The living area includes a large flat-screen TV with cable/satellite service and DVD player, plus an additional pull-out sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances including a conventional oven, stove, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster, along with all necessary cookware and dinnerware. Additional conveniences include in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed internet access, private patio or balcony, coffeemaker, iron and ironing board, and alarm clock.

Important guest information: This is a cashless resort accepting only credit cards. Guests must be 21+ years old at check-in and present a valid credit card for refundable damage deposit. Hawaii occupancy tax of $10-27 per night applies, payable at checkout. Daily parking fees are $45 for both valet and on-site parking (6'10" height clearance). Please note that the Kona Tower will undergo renovation from June 23 through December 18, 2025, with potential view obstructions and construction noise from 9 AM to 5 PM.
