This spacious 925 sqft residence is expertly configured to accommodate up to 7 guests. The layout features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including 3 beds. The primary bedroom is a haven of relaxation with a king bed, a 55-inch flat screen TV, and a private balcony with chairs to enjoy the city view. The first guest bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the private bunk bed den provides versatility with two full-size beds in a full-over-full bunk configuration. Each sleeping area is equipped with AC and closets featuring mirror doors.

The living space is designed for entertainment and comfort, featuring a queen-size sofa bed, a massive 75-inch flat screen TV with streaming and cable services, and another balcony for city viewing. The kitchen is fully equipped for any culinary need with a gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser. A dining table with four chairs and a Keurig coffee maker complete the space.

Both bathrooms are high-end retreats featuring Toto toilets with bidets and LED mirrors. Bathroom one offers a stand-up shower with Toto fixtures and built-in storage, while bathroom two boasts a deep soaking Fleurco tub with shower and a double sink.

Please be advised that the building is undergoing scheduled exterior maintenance from May 2026 through June 2027. Specifically, around February 2027, lanai access will be restricted, lanai furniture will be removed, and in-unit AC will be temporarily unavailable; three portable Dyson fans will be provided during this phase.
