This spacious 4,790 sq. ft. vacation home is designed for memorable getaways, whether you are seeking a relaxing escape or an action-packed adventure.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, this home is ideal for family reunions, group retreats, or vacations with friends. The layout features 4 bedrooms with 4 beds and 4 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include very spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, one room featuring two bunk beds, and an additional twin-size trundle bed located in the lower-level closet. The bathrooms boast a modern design that perfectly complements the vacation feel.

While the property offers a serene environment, it is equipped for high-end entertainment. The home features a surround sound system throughout, and the entertainment system is equipped with Direct TV with labeled remotes for ease of use. For outdoor enjoyment, guests can utilize the dock and back deck radio system, or head to the covered gazebo to enjoy the fire pit. The lower-level outdoor closet provides life jackets, floats, corn hole boards, and a variety of kayaks, including three adult-sized (one double) and three child-sized kayaks.

Inside, the main dining room table includes a leaf to accommodate all 12 guests. The home is thoughtfully appointed with wine coolers in both the main level butler's pantry and the lower-level kitchenette, as well as both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker in the main kitchen. For convenience, two washers and dryers are available for guest use.

Located on a private peninsula, the lodge offers direct access to the beauty of Claytor Lake. Guests are reminded that during summer months, non-venomous black snakes may be present due to the natural lake environment.

• Gate Access: A key lock box is available at the gate entrance; please return the key and leave the gate open when departing.
• Entry: Exterior doors (excluding the front door) use spider locks; push the handle DOWN to open after unlocking the deadbolt.
• Grill: A charcoal grill is provided. If a propane tank is available, it may be used, but guests are responsible for refills.
• Special Events: The owners may allow parties of up to 25 or weddings up to 50 people; please inquire for pricing and cleaning fee adjustments.
