The bungalow is designed with an open floor plan that seamlessly connects a welcoming living room and a full kitchen. For sleeping arrangements, the space features one bedroom with a king-size bed, and for additional guests, a single roll-away bed is provided, allowing the bungalow to accommodate up to three guests comfortably. The interior is completed by one bathroom and a private veranda, perfect for morning coffee or quiet lounging.

Guests enjoy access to an array of shared resort amenities designed for relaxation and adventure. Basking in the Florida sun is easy at the shared heated pool, which is surrounded by palm trees, tropical plants, and famous mangroves. The pool deck is equipped with numerous sun-loungers for those looking to get their tan. For social gatherings, a shared patio features multiple BBQ grills and covered outdoor dining tables, ideal for a pool party or grill-out. Adventure seekers can head to the private dock on Heron Lagoon for fishing or launch one of the complementary kayaks to explore the water.

For beach lovers, the property provides a complete 'beach-load-out' including beach towels, chairs, a cooler, blanket, cart, and an umbrella. The location is ideal for exploring, with the sporty and less crowded Turtle Beach just 1 mile south and the snorkeling hotspot of Crescent Beach only 2.5 miles north. For those avoiding the car, the free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley stops right outside the parking lot every 20 minutes.

Practicalities and house rules are designed for a seamless stay. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests are provided with one free designated parking space (one vehicle max). Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and pool hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited. Large gatherings exceeding 1.5x guest occupancy require approval from the property manager. Contactless check-in is facilitated via a digital 'boarding-pass' provided after booking.
