The layout includes three master suites, each featuring its own fireplace, along with four additional bedrooms and a loft to provide generous space for everyone.
Setting the standard for craftsmanship, the home boasts a top-floor living area, library, and bar centered around an enormous stone, wood-burning fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is well-appointed with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and a live-edge solid Tiger Wood dining table that seats 16. For relaxation, the downstairs area offers a private six-person sauna and steam room, while the large recreation room features a 65” TV and surround-sound system. Located in the heart of Snowshoe, the property is just a 5-minute drive or shuttle ride from the Village, which is bustling with activities, shops, restaurants, and bars. Guests have easy access to the Soaring Eagle Lift and Lodge, Western Territory, and Silver Creek areas.
Practical Information: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old; failure to meet this requirement will result in cancellation without refund. To verify identity, the holder must submit a photo of their driver’s license and a selfie holding the license, and a signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking. Please note that pets are not allowed, and smoking or vaping is prohibited. Large gatherings are forbidden, and mandatory quiet hours are enforced between 10 PM and 8 AM. Additionally, a $100.00 cleaning fee for the private hot tub is charged at the time of booking. Mailbox access is not granted.
