The home is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor and features a king bed along with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms—one featuring a queen bed and the other a full bed—which are served by a full upstairs bathroom. For added relaxation, there is a cozy sitting area in the loft, ideal for curling up with a good book, and a convenient guest bathroom and laundry room located downstairs.

Inside, the home feels open and airy thanks to vaulted ceilings and numerous windows that bring the outside in, offering lovely views of the huge yard. The kitchen is well-stocked and equipped with new stainless steel appliances to make meal preparation a breeze. Dining is a social affair here, with a dinner table that seats 6 and an additional 3 chairs available at the breakfast bar.

Located in the unique Tollgate community, guests have access to a wealth of seasonal and year-round activities. From Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend, you can enjoy the seasonal pool. The neighborhood also boasts tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, a volleyball net, and extensive walking and biking trails for those looking to explore the beautiful Oregon landscape.

• Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments are refundable (less a $100.00 administration fee) if cancellation is received at least 45 days prior to arrival. No refunds are provided after the 45-day window.
