A well-appointed shower room with a toilet, basin, shower, and washing machine completes the upper level.

On the ground floor, the home centers around a cosy lounge with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and patio doors that invite the outdoors in. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for ease, featuring an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, alongside dedicated dining facilities. A convenient guest WC with a toilet and basin is also located on this level.
