The second floor serves as a flexible guest space, featuring a den with a sectional couch and TV, a laundry closet, and a sleeping area with a double bed. The sectional in the den can be converted into two XL twins, making this level versatile for different group needs. The third floor is a serene primary suite, open to the floor below, featuring a king bed, a private bath with a jetted tub, and exclusive access to a wrap-around observation deck—the perfect spot for morning coffee.

• Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests
• Water: Private reverse osmosis water system (not on city water)
• House Rules: Pets are not allowed. No smoking or vaping. No phone service available.
• Minimum Stay: Three-night minimum; short stays available within two weeks of arrival. Partials are not permitted between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
• Supplies: A basic starter kit is provided; guests should bring additional supplies or purchase them at the Ocracoke Variety Store.
