The following information outlines our house rules and essential details about our listing. Our aim is to provide you with all the necessary information upfront to address any questions you may have.

By booking a reservation, you agree to abide by these House Rules. Guests who do not comply with these rules will be held responsible for any resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may face immediate cancellation of their reservation without a refund.

This home is perfect for families or individuals looking for a comfortable place to sleep and stay while visiting the city. It is intended for residential use only. Commercial filming, photoshoots, and events are not allowed. If you have any other plans, please let us know in advance. Otherwise, your reservation will be canceled without a refund.

CLEANING: Our cleaning fees are established with the expectation that guests will treat our home with courtesy and respect. This includes ensuring the property is left in the same condition as it was upon arrival. These measures enable us to maintain low and affordable prices.

If, upon inspection by our housekeeping team, an excessive mess is found after your departure, a supplementary fee of $250 will be applied in addition to any other charges incurred, such as extended housekeeping time or delays for the next guest.

If, upon inspection by our housekeeping team, evidence of non-approved pets is found, a fee of up to $200 will be applied to cover the additional cleaning efforts.

PARTIES/EVENTS: We maintain a peaceful atmosphere within our property and neighborhood, and expect all guests to do the same. Hosting parties, creating excessive noise, causing damage to the property, or displaying disrespect towards our home is strictly prohibited. Additionally, gatherings with additional guests not reported in your initial booking are considered rule violations. Any breach of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate termination of your reservation. You will also be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

EARLY CHECK-INS/LATE CHECKOUTS: While we would genuinely like to offer early check-ins and late checkouts, our properties tend to be fully occupied, and our dedicated cleaning team requires sufficient time between guests to ensure the property is in top-notch condition.

It's important to note that an accepted booking request does not automatically imply approval for an early check-in. If you wish to request an early check-in or late checkout, please send us a message on the morning of your scheduled check-in, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for these services, which will need to be settled prior to check-in for early arrivals and prior to checkout for late departures.

In the event you stay past the checkout time without prior approval, you will be automatically charged the base nightly rate for that listing without any discounts applied. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our housekeeping team.

NON DECLARED GUESTS: All guests must be listed on the reservation and approved. Bringing in non declared guests will incur a per guest, per day, cost of $100 each (per day)

SMOKING: Our property strictly enforces a no-smoking policy, which includes the use of vapes and e-cigarettes.

Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine. Additionally, if the scent of smoke or vaping persists, requiring extra cleaning and deodorizing, you may be responsible for these associated costs, including potentially covering the additional cost incurred by losing the next guest's reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking. Please be aware that the use of marijuana in any form INSIDE or OUTSIDE of our property is strictly prohibited.

INDOOR CHIMNEY/FIREPLACE: Our indoor chimney/fireplace enhances the ambiance of our home but is strictly non-operational and intended only for aesthetic/design purposes. Kindly refrain from attempting to burn wood or operate it in any way. Violation of this rule, whether it results in damage or simply disregards our policy, may incur a fee of up to $1000 to cover potential repair, cleaning, or associated costs.

PARKING:

Please park only in the driveway; the garage is used for storage and is not available. All parking matters including tickets, towing, and vehicle damage, are solely the guest’s responsibility.

HOT TUB:

We are blessed to provide a hot tub for our guests and community. Preserving the life of the hot tub is imperative. Breaking any of these rules may incur a fee of up to the total cost of the hot tub ($8000).

Before entering the hot tub, kindly take a quick shower. Cosmetics, lotions, and residues on the skin can affect water quality quickly.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the hot tub at their desired temperature levels. We encourage proper scheduling of hot tub sessions to ensure optimal enjoyment.

Maintaining the water quality in the hot tub is crucial. Guests are expected to ensure the water remains clean and clear during their stay.

If the hot tub water is found to be excessively dirty or contaminated, a fee of up to $1000 may be imposed. This fee covers the additional cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub to a usable condition for our next guests. Please note, in harsh weather conditions, reheating the water can take between 8-10 hours, potentially impacting the enjoyment of subsequent guests.

After your hot tub session, all guests must securely cover it. You may leave the heater and pump on if planning to use during your reservation period. Please shower after each session.

For the sake of the hot tub's condition, we kindly request that you refrain from consuming food or drinks while inside. Residues can harm the system.

Please avoid applying any chemicals or products to the hot tub. If you have maintenance concerns or requests, don't hesitate to communicate them to the host. We're here to help.

Guests choosing to use the hot tub during their stay agree to take full responsibility for their usage. By using the hot tub, guests acknowledge and accept the risks associated with submerging in chemically balanced and chlorinated water, which may include skin reactions or other side effects. Please ensure that all individuals using the hot tub are aware of and understand these conditions. Please shower after each session.

Ensure you have the appropriate hot tub gear and attire. No glass items, food, or drinks are allowed inside the hot tub area.

Please, do not ever intentionally add or remove water to/from hot tub. This are professionally maintained hot tubs, any sign of misuse will make guests fully responsible for any damage.

GUESTS RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY: By placing a reservation, the booker agrees to take full responsibility for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises and its facilities. Please report any property damage to your host, as unreported damages will result in a fee.

NOISE AND NUISANCES: We ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum and respect the peace of the neighborhood at all times. As per current city codes and regulations, guests may be held legally responsible for any nuisances or disturbances caused during their stay.
