Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This is a no-pet property. To rent this home, the booking guest must be 25 or older and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation. A government-issued ID, a signed rental agreement, and a credit card matching the guest's name are required within 24 hours of booking. A $125 security pre-authorization is required, which is released 7 days after a damage-free stay.
