No Pets Allowed - We love pets. However, due to allergies, we are unable to accommodate pets at the property. We appreciate your understanding. Exterior Security Camera Notice Just a heads up, we have an exterior security camera monitoring the exterior of the house for safety purposes. We want to ensure you are aware of this and are happy to address any concerns or questions you may have.

WATER SAFETY: On site, we have a heated above-ground pool. NO lifeguard on duty, so adult supervision is always required. A safety cover is attached to the pool ladder, which only acts as a deterrent to little climbers. Please always watch the little ones. Being in nature means the potential for bugs and tree debris. We try our best to keep the pool clean and crystal clear, so if you think it needs a vacuum or touch-up, please let us know. The water depth is purposefully kept a little lower to accommodate shorter kids.

POND ACCESS: Being a waterfront property we have access to Oliver’s Pond. As you will see it is a quiet pond, and not that big. NO powerboats are permitted. Unfortunately, our pond access is undergoing excavation this season, and the rainy June did not help. We apologize it is a work in progress. If you have a kayak or paddleboard etc. and would like to enjoy the pond, there is also great access just past house #125. This can be a popular spot for people looking to enjoy the calm water and go for a swim on a hot day. CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: A. CHECK-OUT NO LATER THAN CHECK OUT TIME B. All furniture should be returned to its original location. C. Refer to Trash Disposal as per property checkout procedures. D. Place dishes, utensils, etc. in dishwasher and turn it on when you depart. E. Please lock property as instructed.

If at any time there are extra unregistered guests, a party, or any illegal activity suspected, the penalty will be eviction without notice, withholding of the damage deposit, and fines.
