Welcome to your Maui retreat at Maui Vista 1417, a gem in South Kihei designed for an unforgettable Hawaiian getaway. This spacious top-floor condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, providing a serene home away from home where you can sip your morning coffee on a spacious lanai while enjoying a partial view of the ocean.

The layout is designed to accommodate up to 7 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, while the loft bedroom provides a queen and twin size bed. For additional guests, the living room includes a sleeper-sofa. Each of the two full bathrooms is equipped with a combination tub/shower and a walk-in shower.

While the unit provides a cozy sanctuary, the Maui Vista complex offers a resort-like experience across 10 acres of lush tropical grounds. Guests have access to a variety of recreational facilities including three swimming pools, six tennis courts, pickleball courts, and three gas grill stations. Inside the condo, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor dining table for four, a flat screen TV in the living room, and the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer. To ensure your comfort, the home features ceiling fans throughout, a window AC in the living room, and a portable AC in the bedroom.
