Designed for maximum flexibility and privacy, the home features 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 guests. The layout is spread across three floors to ensure a comfortable flow. The first floor serves as the social hub, containing the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a dedicated minibar space. Sliding doors open from these areas to a terrace and pool, while one bedroom is conveniently located on this level with a slightly more independent entrance. The second and third floors each house two bedrooms. For added privacy, a sixth bedroom is located outside the main entrance with its own totally independent access while remaining within the property. Every bedroom in the house includes its own private bathroom.

Outdoor living is a priority here. The terrace features a small wooden deck ideal for meditating, reading, or organizing personalized yoga and Pilates classes. The pool area is an ideal social zone, complete with sunbeds, a small living room, an additional dining table, and a barbecue space for group gatherings. For those with accessibility needs, the property includes a room completely adapted for disabled people.

Located in the center of Playa Carrillo, you are approximately 400 meters from a beautiful beach characterized by wide sands, natural palm shade, and warm, calm waters. The neighborhood is convenient and safe, with several restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket within walking distance.
