This studio configuration includes 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests. The interior is thoughtfully appointed with a king-size bed and a new twin-size sleeper sofa. Guests can enjoy a workspace desk and chair for remote needs, a cozy plush chair with a coffee table, and a furnished lanai featuring a high-top dining table for two. The space is kept comfortable with split-zone AC in the main living area. The bathroom offers a step-in tiled shower, and the fully equipped kitchen includes barstool seating for two and a large microwave that doubles as a convection oven (please note there is no full-size oven). An in-unit washer/dryer and a smart streaming TV provide added convenience.

While general amenities are limited to those provided by the resort, guests have access to an array of premium facilities:

Important Notice: Guests may experience construction noise and intermittent canal bridge closures due to the Seawall Repair Project from August 10 through September 30, 2026. Additionally, a canal repair project is scheduled from December 17, 2025, through mid-September 2026, with work occurring Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
