Designed for couples or small families, the home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom and a second queen bed in the loft. The loft is accessed via a compact staircase and includes a custom curtain on the door for added privacy. To ensure your comfort, both sleeping areas are equipped with their own mini-split air conditioners and heaters, allowing you to personalize the temperature in each room.

The heart of the home is a brightly painted main room with a vaulted ceiling that creates an airy, spacious feel. The first floor offers an open kitchen, dining, and living area, while the kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, large coffee maker, pod coffee maker, french press, and coffee grinder. For practical needs, the home includes a spacious bathroom with a shower and a full-size stacked washer and dryer.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Low Tide experience. Guests can relax on the front porch in two large Adirondack chairs under a fan, or retreat to the spacious back screened porch, which feels just like sitting in a tree house. This screened area is perfect for morning coffee or watching a ballgame. Additional outdoor features include a porch swing, a picnic table for socializing, and a park-style charcoal grill. For those who enjoy the elements, a fully private hot and cold shower is located under the house, accessible from the screened porch.
