The residence is configured as a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo with one bed, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The interior is defined by its contemporary style and airy feel, ensuring a relaxing atmosphere for your island getaway.

Located within the Kauhale Makai "Village by the Sea" community, guests have access to a variety of shared resort features. The property is nestled against a charming beach, making it the perfect spot to witness the most amazing sunsets. Enjoy the beautifully manicured grounds swaying with palm, plumeria, and banana trees, or take advantage of the community facilities:

• BBQ grills with picnic tables and tiki torches

To enhance your beach days, the hosts provide luxury beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler. Please note that snorkeling gear is not included.

Kihei is a sunny and vibrant beach town located at the base of the majestic 10,000-foot Haleakala volcano, offering stunning mountain views and easy access to all of Maui. The area is lined with miles of public beaches, local shopping, and a variety of restaurants and "happy hour" opportunities in neighboring Wailea and Makena. For convenience, grocery stores including Safeway, Times, and Foodland are just a short distance away. A rental car is highly recommended for the easiest way to explore the island, including a visit to Waipuilani Park for pickleball players.

• Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
• Pets are not allowed
• Shared laundry facilities are available throughout the complex (payable via app or coins); Tide pods are provided
• Personal package deliveries (e.g., Amazon) are not permitted unless for medical emergencies with advance approval
• Baby essentials can be arranged through Nokaoi Baby Rentals for direct delivery to the unit
