Designed for relaxation and connection, the property features a spacious layout that accommodates up to 12 guests. The main house contains 4 bedrooms, while 2 additional independent studio suites are located in a separate building, providing excellent privacy for large groups. The villa includes a total of 6 bathrooms (4 full and 2 half-bathrooms) and a refreshing outdoor shower.

Inside the main home, you will find stylish interiors boasting an open-concept living space with vibrant turquoise cabinetry and high vaulted wooden ceilings. Large arched windows frame the lush gardens, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, a dishwasher, and a stunning marble-topped island, complemented by a reverse osmosis RO water filtration system for the purest tap water.

Outdoor living is a highlight at Casa Zaza. Guests can relax by the private 10-meter long salt water pool, surrounded by tropical greenery, hummingbirds, and butterflies. The outdoor BBQ area is perfect for al fresco dining and gathering with loved ones.

Nestled in a tropical setting, the villa borders the Reserva Biologica and is surrounded by monkey trails. You are only a 5-minute walk to Pelada Beach and a 4-minute walk to the Nosara river for kayaking and horseback riding. A quick 8-minute drive brings you to Guiones beach for surfing, organic shopping, pharmacies, and a vibrant local dining scene.

Practical details include a reserve water tank and backup generator to ensure uninterrupted services. Parking is available via one garage and three additional spaces inside the gated compound. The home is equipped with three baby cribs, safety deposit boxes in bedrooms, and heated bidet seats in the bathrooms.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is by 9:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Guests are reminded that this is a jungle environment; while the home is regularly fumigated, insects may enter. Due to the local infrastructure, internet and power outages may occur. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, and a dinner guard can be arranged through the property manager at an additional cost.
