The layout is optimized for privacy and comfort, with each bedroom featuring its own ensuite bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include a queen-size bed in each of the two bedrooms, while a sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional space for guests.

The residence emphasizes an indoor-outdoor living experience. An open floor plan creates a natural flow from the remodeled, fully equipped kitchen through the main living area and out to a spacious furnished lanai. Inside, you will find a dining table that seats four, while the exterior dining area offers additional seating for four. To ensure a comfortable stay, the home is equipped with ceiling fans throughout, though please note there is no air conditioning in the condo. For entertainment and convenience, the living room features a smart streaming TV, and the unit includes a washer and dryer.
