Nestled within Pedregal, known as the "Beverly Hills" of Cabo, Lucia Noir offers a private oasis with easy access to the city's vibrant energy. Guests are just a 2-minute walk from the community cafe and tennis or pickleball courts, and approximately a 10-minute walk to the marina and downtown Cabo San Lucas. The gated community also provides access to a basketball court and an exclusive beach.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited. Events require prior written approval. The principal guest must be at least 25 years old. Please note that outside contracted services are not permitted for security reasons. For groups exceeding 16 guests, an additional $150 USD per person per night applies (max occupancy 24). Male-only groups are subject to a refundable bank wire security deposit. Specific date restrictions apply to 7-night Christmas and New Year's reservations. A minimum gratuity of 10% for service personnel is kindly requested.
