Escape to Mountain Tides, a cozy sanctuary nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of the Canadian Rockies in Invermere, British Columbia. This inviting retreat is the perfect space for families, adventurers, and their furry companions seeking a blend of modern comfort and outdoor wonder.

The home is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 10 guests with three tastefully decorated bedrooms and a total of 5 beds. The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom on the main floor featuring a King bed, two downstairs bedrooms each with a Queen bed, and two full-sized pull-out couches located in the main floor and downstairs living rooms. There are 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs with a stand-alone shower and one downstairs with a shower/tub combination, both stocked with essential toiletries.

Inside, an open-concept layout with large windows and a statement gas fireplace captures the essence of the great outdoors. For those needing to stay connected, the main floor offers a dedicated workstation with sliding panels for privacy, while the downstairs living area is perfect for relaxation with a 55" Smart/Roku TV and a selection of board games. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for any culinary desire, featuring a drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, waffle maker, and a complete set of cookware.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. Guests can unwind on the private deck and backyard space, which features a new 7-person hot tub installed in April 2025 and a BBQ for grilling feasts. Parking is convenient with a private single-car garage and an additional parking pad for up to 3 vehicles.

Situated within the enviable Hideaways community, guests enjoy exclusive access to a private sandy beach just a 0.5 km walk away, as well as a playground, picnic area, and sports courts for basketball and pickleball.

Additional rules
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 10 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
