You must also acknowledge:
1. Reservation booking guest must be 25 years of age or older.
2. Check-in: Check-in time is 4:00 pm HST
3. Check-out: Check-out time is by 11:00 am HST A late check-out option is available at an additional charge of 50% of the daily rate + tax. (Based on availability). There is a $100/hour fee for nonauthorized late check-outs. Upon departure please insure that all doors and windows are locked, and A/C and lights are off. Please return the key to the lockbox. There will be a $75.00 for each lost key.
4. There is no smoking/vaping allowed in our condo. If a guest is found to be in violation, there will be a $250 charge.
5. Security Deposit - You may be charged up to $250 for a security deposit.
6. House Manual - You agree to read and familiarize yourself with the house manual prior to contacting us with any questions.
7. Guests - For my guests and my home security, only people named on the booking are permitted in my home. No additional guests are allowed without prior written consent. There is an external camera. If I am notified that the camera has been tampered with or additional guests are on the property, your booking will be cancelled without refund, the security deposit will be kept, and you will be evicted immediately.
8. You agree that you are booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage this property, this host's business or business relationships during or after your stay due to any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occur.
