This spacious second-floor apartment is designed for groups and families, featuring a layout with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully curated for variety and comfort: Bedroom 1 features a plush Nectar king bed, while Bedroom 2 offers a medium-firm Casper king bed. For the larger group, Bedroom 3 contains six twin beds arranged in two custom-built triple bunks, and Bedroom 4 provides three twin beds, consisting of one bunk bed and one standalone bed.

Inside, you will find a home equipped for both relaxation and entertainment. The living space includes dining and lounge seating for 13, as well as a pong table and various board games to keep the group entertained. For those looking to capture the perfect memory, the home features a unique record wall photo backdrop. The full kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, and all the necessary cooking gear, dishes, and utensils. Guests can also enjoy a dedicated coffee and tea station, a washer and dryer for convenience, and streaming services including Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ on every TV.

• Access: This is a second-floor unit accessed via a 20-step staircase; there is no elevator. Once inside, the entire apartment is on a single level.
• Parking: Free parking is available both behind and in front of the building, shared with neighbors.
• Check-in/Out: Keyless self check-in is available. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
• Policies: Pets are allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. While small gatherings are welcome, parties are not permitted. Please do not rearrange furniture or add wall decorations.
• Security: Exterior security cameras, carbon monoxide alarms, and smoke detectors are installed for your safety.
