Welcome to our stylish retreat on Main Street, the perfect home base for your Nashville getaway. Perfectly positioned just an 8-minute drive from Broadway, this residence ensures you are away from the noise but still incredibly near the fun!
This spacious second-floor apartment is designed for groups and families, featuring a layout with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully curated for variety and comfort: Bedroom 1 features a plush Nectar king bed, while Bedroom 2 offers a medium-firm Casper king bed. For the larger group, Bedroom 3 contains six twin beds arranged in two custom-built triple bunks, and Bedroom 4 provides three twin beds, consisting of one bunk bed and one standalone bed.
Inside, you will find a home equipped for both relaxation and entertainment. The living space includes dining and lounge seating for 13, as well as a pong table and various board games to keep the group entertained. For those looking to capture the perfect memory, the home features a unique record wall photo backdrop. The full kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, and all the necessary cooking gear, dishes, and utensils. Guests can also enjoy a dedicated coffee and tea station, a washer and dryer for convenience, and streaming services including Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ on every TV.
Located in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee, this home is situated on Main Street, where you can experience the authentic energy of the city. Please note that as a city-center location, some city sounds are to be expected.
Practical Details & House Rules:
- Access: This is a second-floor unit accessed via a 20-step staircase; there is no elevator. Once inside, the entire apartment is on a single level.
- Parking: Free parking is available both behind and in front of the building, shared with neighbors.
- Check-in/Out: Keyless self check-in is available. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
- Policies: Pets are allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. While small gatherings are welcome, parties are not permitted. Please do not rearrange furniture or add wall decorations.
- Security: Exterior security cameras, carbon monoxide alarms, and smoke detectors are installed for your safety.
- Special Note: Guests local to Nashville must seek approval before booking.

If a breakdown occurs, we'll do our best to fix it as soon as possible. ✦ Pets are not allowed unless approved by the host. Owners are responsible for the pet fee for extra cleaning and any damages that may occur during their stay.
Fees:
✦Smoking Indoors: A fee of 200 USD will be imposed per day if smoking inside the house is detected. ✦Unauthorized Late Check-Out: A fee of 50 USD will be charged after 1 hour. If delayed by two hours, a fee equivalent to the base rate for the day will be charged. This does not grant extended stay privileges.

✦Liability & Safety: By confirming this reservation, guests—and any individuals they invite—acknowledge and accept the potential risks associated with their stay. They are fully responsible for their own safety and well-being. The host will not be held accountable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that transpire on the premises. Unauthorized guests, those not listed on the reservation, are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to immediate eviction and the imposition of additional fees.
✦House Rules & Consequences: Adherence to house rules is non-negotiable. Non-compliance may result in immediate eviction without a refund. Should your actions—including, but not limited to, property damage, smoking indoors, or disregard for house rules—adversely affect subsequent guests, you will be held financially accountable for any consequent loss in revenue, discounts, or compensations offered to them.
