This inviting accommodation is designed for comfort, featuring two bedrooms that can host up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one double bedroom and a second bedroom equipped with two single beds. The layout is completed by a large living room featuring two comfortable sofas and a TV, and a bathroom equipped with a toilet, sink, bidet, and a bath with a shower cubicle. A standout feature of the apartment is the private terrace, allowing you to overlook the breathtaking panorama of the lake and surrounding mountains during your meals.

While the farmhouse offers a wealth of on-site experiences, please note that the following are available for an additional fee (not included in the booking price) and can be reserved daily from 16:00 to 19:00:

Guests also enjoy access to the expansive farmhouse garden, providing a quiet atmosphere of peace and silence. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, and espresso coffee machine, along with a dining table for 4 people.

Situated on a hill above Gravedona, the property remains reserved and quiet, yet the shores of the lake—along with restaurants, bars, lidos, and beaches—are reachable in just 10 minutes by car. Please be aware that the access roads include one very narrow point and a short dirt section of about 100 meters; detailed information based on your vehicle will be provided before arrival, and public parking is available within a two-minute walk if preferred.
