Practical details for your visit: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (please note check-in is 5:00 PM during Spring Break, holidays, and weekends), and check-out is by 10:00 AM. To ensure a smooth arrival, guests MUST register online with the condominium before arrival for parking. Aquavista is a smoke-free resort, though smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and accompany all guests. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is strictly 6 guests, including children and infants; failure to comply may result in fines and ejection. Pets are not allowed.
