Welcome to the Bella Vista Ranch, a pure gem located in the heart of Temecula Wine Country. This private and peaceful single-story ranch home is situated on 2.5 acres, offering a serene escape where you can experience the beauty of country life just minutes from award-winning wineries, golf, and entertainment.

This spacious home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a large Cal King in the Master Suite, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. For additional guests, the living room provides a sofa chair with a twin pull-out bed and one roll-out twin; a blow-up mattress can also be provided for an eighth person.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen boasting granite slab counters, a custom stone backsplash, and brand-new stainless steel appliances. The dining room offers a beautiful view of the rolling hills and the private pool and spa area. One of the most unique features of the property is the 2.5+ car garage, which has been converted into a dedicated game room complete with a ping pong table, dart board, pub table, and chairs. Please note that cars are not permitted to park in the garage.

Outdoor living is central to the experience here. Guests can relax on the large back porch while using the stainless steel grill, or take a refreshing dip in the pool and soak in the spa while overlooking the vines and mountains. A gas fire-pit is also available at the front of the home for evening relaxation.

Located in Temecula, California, the ranch is within walking distance to Lorenzi Winery and provides quick access to Monte De Oro, Wilson Creek, Ponte, South Coast, and Leoness Winery. Beyond the vineyards, you are less than an hour's drive from Southern California beaches, the San Diego Zoo, Safari Park, Legoland, and Disneyland.

• Rules: No parties or events. No wood-burning fires; use the provided gas fire-pit. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, away from windows and doors.
• AC Policy: AC is set to not go lower than 72 degrees (additional fee for lower temperatures).
• Parking: Trailers and RVs are welcome at the lower property for an additional fee (no hook-ups).
• Maintenance: Please allow scheduled weekly landscaping and pool services to be performed during your stay.
