It is our desire that the rental property be a place of rest and relaxation for our guests. All posted property/association rules will be followed by guest. No illegal activities are allowed on the grounds or in the rental property. Guest will follow any requests from on site association management staff.

Guest will leave unit in good repair and will notify property manager of any damages, missing items, or required repairs as soon as possible. Guest will leave dirty towels in bathrooms, throw out garbage, and wash dishes upon check out. If unit is left in an excessively dirty state, guest agrees to pay for additional cleaning services as needed to return unit back to the state it was in when guest occupied the unit. Guest is responsible for all damages and missing items caused by guest and anyone guest allows to occupy or visit the rental property. Guest agrees to pay for any additional damages/charges not covered by security deposit and/or insurance.

Smoking is not allowed in the rental property or on balcony. Smoking is illegal in Hawaii within 20 feet of a common area like a hallway, balcony, bathroom vent, etc. All association rules regarding smoking need to be followed. Guests agrees to pay for odor remediation costs (minimum $250) if property manager determines smoking occurred in the unit.

Maui is a tropical environment with tropical construction designed to allow air flow thru structures. The wonderful climate and never ending growing season results in many insects all over the island. At times, these insects will scurry or fly into our properties. All our properties are treated for pests regularly but due to the large amount of insects, you may encounter insects in the property during your stay. We will do our best to remediate these situations but guests acknowledge that insects may enter the unit.
