This private sanctuary is thoughtfully configured with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a total of 1 bed, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests. The sleeping quarters feature a queen bed with a pull-out single trundle bed, ensuring award-winning comfort via Ecosa and Emma branded mattresses. Guests will also find a spacious wardrobe and a remote-controlled heater for added comfort.

The living space is designed for ultimate relaxation, featuring a living room equipped with a 42-inch Smart TV, Sonos Soundbar, and a motorized retractable couch with side tables. For those who love to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, complemented by a dining area with seating for four. The generously sized bathroom includes a 1200mm shower.

Step outside to a large 70sqm area perfect for entertaining, featuring a BBQ, bar leaner, outdoor dining, and a cozy couch. The entrance is further enhanced by a serene fish pond and waterfall. For a touch of modern luxury, the entire home is smart-connected; use Alexa to control lighting and enjoy pre-set routines like "Night Time" or "Bedtime" which automate features including the motorized blinds.

Located in the beautiful Marlborough region, the retreat is an enchanting destination. Access to the dwelling is exclusively on foot via landscaped steps, stairs, and boardwalks—approximately 32 steps from the street to the main deck—with colorful LED lighting guiding your way through the trees and ferns at night. Please note that there is no driveway or dedicated parking, though plenty of street parking is available.

Guests also have access to a Shared Wellness Level situated mid-site. This area is shared with another dwelling, "The Landing," located at the top of the site. Designated time slots are provided to ensure private hot tub use, while Firkins Retreat remains completely private on the bottom level.
