Designed for a seamless stay, the studio accommodates up to 2 guests and features a refreshed interior with new flooring, paint, and a new bed to ensure a restful visit. The layout is fully self-contained, providing everything needed for a short-term stay or a longer vacation. The kitchen area is equipped with a coffee maker—complete with coffee, cream, and sugar—as well as a microwave and a small fridge for your refreshments. To ensure your comfort, the space is provided with high-quality towels and sheets, and is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to every arrival.

Guests can enjoy a variety of exclusive perks during their stay:

• Access to the private Royale Palms outdoor pool
• Free access to the Mega Fitness Gym (located approximately 1 mile away)
• TV with HBO for your entertainment
• Essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and soap

Located within the secure, 24/7 gated entrance of a family-friendly resort connected to the Hilton, this penthouse places you in the heart of the action while maintaining a private atmosphere. Please note that while you have access to the Royale Palms pool, the Hilton and Embassy Suite pool and Splash Park are not included as they do not sell separate passes.

For a hassle-free experience, the property utilizes contact-free check-in and check-out via a lock box located in the lobby mail room. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

To maintain the quality of the penthouse, the following rules are strictly enforced:

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including the balcony (violators face a $500 fine and eviction)
• No pets allowed ($500 fee if remnants are found)
• No loud noise after 10 PM ($50 fee if security is summoned)
• Minimum rental age is 21 years
• No grilling, trailers, campers, or RVs
• Parking is available for a fee of $20 per day
• A $300 security deposit is required
