The main bedroom is a sanctuary with a King bed and a primary bathroom boasting double sinks, a jetted tub, and a standalone shower. The second bedroom offers Queens beds, while the living room includes a sofa bed for additional guests. The second bathroom is equipped with a convenient tub/shower combination.

Located within the gated, 24/7-secured Brighton Tower, you can enjoy coastal living with total peace of mind. Please note that while guests have access to the private Brighton pool, the Embassy Suites pool and Splash Park are not included, and no passes are available for purchase.
Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A $500 refundable security deposit is required. The minimum rental age is 25 years, and at least half of the group must be adults. To maintain the quality of the home, there is a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy (including the balcony), no pets, and no loud noise after 10 PM; violations may result in fees up to $500. Additionally, motorcycles, trailers, campers, RVs, and grilling are prohibited. Items may not be hung on the balcony ($100 fine).
