To ensure a peaceful stay for all, please note the following house rules: Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Smoking and vaping are prohibited both inside and outside the unit. Parties and digital piracy are not allowed, and we kindly ask that you remove shoes before entering the home. Please be aware that a $500 fine applies per violation. Additionally, pets are not permitted, with a $500 fine for unauthorized animals.

Practical details include a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Guests should be aware that occasional geckos or ants are a normal part of tropical living in Hawaii and not a reflection of cleanliness, though routine pest control is performed. For those planning extended stays of 180+ days, additional requirements including tenant screening, lease signing, a security deposit, and a double cleaning fee apply. The base rate covers 4 guests, with additional guests charged at $25 per person, per night up to the maximum capacity of 6.
