The apartment is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 7 guests across four bedrooms. The main bedroom features a plush king size bed for ultimate relaxation, while the second and third bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest.

Inside, the home is fully equipped with modern touches to enhance your stay. Guests can enjoy Smart TVs with Netflix in every room and a BOSE speaker for high-quality audio throughout the space. The kitchen serves as a highlight of the home, boasting a super view that is ideal to get inspired while preparing something delicious for your group.

Located in the Brisas del Marqués area, the property is easily accessible via GPS to Punta Marques. For those arriving by taxi, simply request Brisas del Marqués and proceed down Calle Navegantes until you reach the entrance of Punta Marques.

Please be advised that while the apartment is fully renovated, some common areas of the building are still undergoing restoration following Hurricane Otis. Currently, elevators are not in operation, and some ceiling panels in the hallways and common areas have yet to be reinstalled.

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Maximum of two vehicles per apartment
• Noise: Volume must not exceed 70 decibels between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM

Pool & Common Area Regulations:

• Hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Diving, running, and rough games are strictly prohibited
• Proper swimwear is required; underwear, t-shirts, and non-pool attire are forbidden
• No food, drinks, smoking, or gum allowed on the pool shores
• Only baby floats are permitted; other inflatable figures are prohibited
• No speakers or pets allowed in the pool area
• Residents must use special pool diapers for babies

Strict adherence to condominium regulations is required. Unauthorized guests, drug use, or inappropriate behavior toward staff may result in fines (ranging from $2,500 to $10,000 MXN) or removal from the premises.
