• Supplies: A starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags is provided; guests must replenish these items as needed.
• Damage Protection: All bookings include Rental Guardian Damage Protection (a $65 fee bundled in the cleaning fee) covering contents and real property damage.
• Access: The condo requires one flight of stairs to enter.
