Layout & Sleeping Arrangements This spacious home is set over three floors and accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:

• First Floor: The master bedroom features a large double bed with a comfortable mattress and fresh 100% cotton bedding, served by a master bathroom equipped with a bathtub and power shower.
• Second Floor: A second bedroom offers comfortable twin beds (which can be joined for couples) and 100% cotton bedding, along with a second bathroom featuring a bathtub.
• Living Area: For additional guests, the lounge includes a pull-out sofa bed that accommodates two people.

The ground floor boasts an open-plan living and dining area with a comfortable corner sofa, a large ultra HD LED TV with cable and Netflix UHD, and a bluetooth speaker. The separate kitchen is fully equipped for long stays, featuring a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, with an adjacent utility room containing a washer-dryer.

Location & Neighborhood Situated in the heart of Funchal down a quiet passage, the house is a stone's throw from the old town's famous cable car. The surrounding district is renowned for its beautiful architecture, artwork, local bars, and typical restaurants where you can sample local delicacies and traditional Poncha. The cathedral is just a 4-minute walk away, while the main market and Municipal Garden are 5 minutes away. A scenic 10-minute walk along the main promenade of Funchal bay leads to the Cristiano Ronaldo museum.
