The home is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The second level serves as the primary hub, featuring an inviting primary bedroom with an ensuite bath for maximum privacy. The main living area is anchored by a cozy living room with a large sectional sofa that folds out into a queen-size sleeper, perfect for movie nights. This space flows into a large, fully stocked kitchen boasting sleek stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a kitchen island with seating for three. A private balcony off the living room allows you to soak up the warm Port A sunshine and refreshing coastal breezes.

Downstairs, you will find four additional guest bedrooms and two full baths. The first-level arrangements include three bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. This level also houses a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

A Life in Paradise rental agreement is required upon booking. Please note that pets are not allowed, and street parking is prohibited. Guests are asked to provide their own K-cups for the coffee maker and laundry soap for the washer.
