Practical information and house rules:

• Check-in: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Check-out: 2:00 PM
• Staff: Welcoming staff are included, providing daily cleaning and breakfast preparation and service (food not included).
• Utility Charges: Water (delivered via truck at 800 reais per 10,000 liters) and electricity (1.20 reais per kWh) are charged as extras based on supplier receipts.
• Safety & Rules: Silence is required from 10 PM to 8 AM. Social visits are limited to 4 people between 8 AM and 10 PM with prior notice. Only listed guests may stay overnight; a list of full names and IDs is required 10 days before arrival.
• Restrictions: Pets are not allowed. Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden. Use of the property is residential only.
• Pool & Jacuzzi: The pool is not heated. Only acrylic cups are permitted in external areas to prevent glass breakage; penalties of R$ 200 to R$ 2000 apply for glass breakage in the pool or jacuzzi.
• Additional Notes: A docile cat may visit the property. Children and babies must be supervised at all times.
