The residence features a unique loft-style layout spanning 751 interior square feet. The sleeping arrangements consist of one bedroom located in the loft, featuring one king bed, and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to two guests. The interior is designed for relaxation, boasting a large sectional couch and a convenient day bed for lounging.

While the property provides a high-end feel, it is equipped with practical essentials for a seamless stay. The kitchen is fully stocked for on-site meal preparation and includes a stovetop, dishwasher, water dispenser, Keurig coffeemaker, microwave, and a countertop two-in-one toaster oven. Please note that a full-sized oven and baking materials are not provided. Other home conveniences include a washer and dryer for laundry, ceiling fans in all living spaces, and air conditioning to keep you cool after a day of exploration.

Guests have access to an array of community features and local attractions. The unit is situated next to the Kuilima Estates community pool complex and offers direct golf course frontage. Within the community, you can enjoy the pool, charcoal BBQ area, tennis courts, and a gazebo. For further luxury, the Ritz-Carlton O’ahu, Turtle Bay is just around the corner, offering world-class restaurants, spa services, and tours. The ocean, a pond, and the golf course are all within walking distance from your front door.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. One dedicated parking stall is provided, with additional guest parking available. To maintain the quality of the home, this is a non-smoking property; any documented smoking will result in a $300 fine and immediate eviction. This property is not pet-friendly, and unauthorized pets will result in an immediate removal request and a non-refundable fee ranging from $500 to $1,000. Guests are provided with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags; any additional supplies needed must be replenished at the guest's expense. Additionally, each booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection for peace of mind.
