This modern home is designed for relaxation and functionality, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The layout includes two Luxe master suites for ultimate comfort: one located on the first floor with a king bed, and a second on the upper level featuring two queen beds. The second floor also hosts a third bedroom with a king bed and a fourth bedroom equipped with bunk beds (one full size and one twin size). For entertainment, a garage-converted game room is stocked with foosball, arcade basketball, and portable cornhole.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A security deposit of $500 USD is required. Please note we have a strict no-pets and no-smoking policy. To maintain a peaceful environment, no parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. HOA quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Please refrain from parking on the street. An extra guest fee of $50 per person, per night applies after 6 guests.
