The downstairs area is anchored by a peaceful primary king suite, complete with a smart TV, an en suite bath with a walk-in shower, and direct access to a private side patio featuring rocking chairs. Upstairs, you will find a queen suite that overlooks the community pool from its own private balcony and includes an en suite bath. The upper level is rounded out by two specialized bunk rooms ideal for children or larger groups; one features twin bunks sharing a bath, while the second offers a twin-over-full bunk, an extra twin, and a trundle, along with its own balcony access and combo tub shower.

Inside, natural light fills the open living space where coastal decor sets a relaxed tone.
