Built for those who love the water, the property features a private dock equipped with 2 PWC slips with lifts. Guests can take full advantage of the swim platform, swim ladder, kayak, paddle board, pedal boat, swim mat, and provided fishing gear. For those who prefer the shore, the home boasts huge lakefront decks and patios, a lakeside propane grill, and a relaxing firepit for evenings under the stars.

Inside, the multi-level layout includes two lakefront living rooms—one on each level—both with sliding glass doors leading outside. The main level features a large kitchen and dining area for group meals, while the lower level includes a convenient mini kitchen. Families will appreciate the thoughtful additions of a Pack n play, baby gate, kids dishes and utensils, books, games, and video game entertainment. Parking is ample, with two driveways that can hold up to 6 vehicles or trailers.

Located on the west side of the lake, you are perfectly positioned near premier boating destinations. By water, you can easily reach Red Fox Marina, Boondocks, The Wet Spot, Patriot's Point, The Cave, and various waterfront restaurants. The area is renowned for its excellent fishing and easy access to open water while maintaining the peace of a quiet cove.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed with a fee of $20 per night per pet. Pets must be leashed outside, crated when left alone indoors, and owners must use covers on furniture.
• House Rules: Minimum booking age is 25. Loud parties, including bachelor/bachelorette events, are prohibited.
• Notes: Propane for the grill is provided; wood for the firepit is not. Wood-burning fireplaces are unavailable for guest use. Access involves paved and gravel roads which may be steep or narrow; please exercise caution, especially in winter.
• Security: The home is equipped with a video/audio doorbell, smart locks, and decibel measuring devices to maintain noise standards.
