This two-story unit is perfectly configured to accommodate up to 7 guests. The first floor consists of a garage, while the second floor houses the primary living spaces. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed with an ensuite bathroom in the first bedroom, a Queen bed and a Twin-over-Twin bunk in the second bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. With 2 full bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to refresh.

Located in the sought-after Prominence community, you are just steps away from 'The Big Chill', the community's town center featuring dining, boutique shopping, and an amphitheater for live music and movies. The neighborhood is perfectly centered on Scenic 30A, providing easy access to Seaside, Watercolor, and Rosemary Beach. For beach lovers, Deer Lake State Park is only 0.6 miles away, offering a scenic boardwalk through natural dunes.

Practical details for your stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Parking is limited to one space; the garage is reserved for the golf cart, and additional vehicles must use gravel street spaces on the South side of the community. To operate the included golf cart, drivers must be at least 25 years old, possess a valid insurance policy and driver's license, and sign a liability waiver. Please note that guests must be 25 years of age to book, or be accompanied by a parent or guardian staying on the premises. A signed rental agreement, government-issued ID, and a selfie are required prior to arrival. Access to the WaterSound Beach Club is not included.
