• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Air Conditioning: Like most homes in Estes Park, this unit does not have AC; evening breezes provide natural cooling.
• Noise: As a ground-floor unit in a small building with shared walls, some neighbor noise may be audible.
• Safety & Restrictions: Smoking is strictly prohibited due to high fire danger. Outdoor wood fire pits and charcoal grills are illegal in Estes. Please do not leave food in your car, as local bears are active in the area.
• Monitoring: A Minut noise meter is used to monitor decibel levels and protect the home; it does not record audio.
