Guest Notes: As this is a jungle environment, utility infrastructure can be unpredictable; power, phone, or internet outages may occur, and insects are a natural part of the surroundings. Guests are encouraged to keep food wrapped and screen doors closed. Please be aware that the property is currently for sale, and guests will receive a 24-hour notice if a showing is requested. Additionally, as Nosara is a rapidly growing community, there may be nearby construction noise. A private property guard is on watch daily from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM for added peace of mind.
