UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS
- The pickleball court and pool can be used from 9am - 7pm, or one hour before sundown, whichever is earlier. these areas cannot be used after sundown because they don't have sufficient lighting and we want to make sure our guests are safe.
- The pool will be closed from November through March.
- Parking isn't allowed on the street - all cars must be parked in the garages or driveways.
- Guest understands that there are "Minut" noise detectors inside the home and there is a security camera on the exterior of the building pointing towards the front door. These are installed to ensure that guests aren't throwing parties, exceeding occupancy limits and that the guests are maintaining compliance with our quiet hours and our good neighbor policy.
- Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- No animals are allowed at the property without owner approval.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- If you are interested in doing an early check-in, you can either reserve it in advance for a fee (depending on availability) or you can reach out 2-3 days before your check-in date to see if we can accommodate a free early check-in. The availability of the early check in will be determined by our booking and cleaning schedule.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Renter agrees to send a photocopy of their ID at Owner request after booking.
- Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service.
