About Property

Discover the ultimate College Hill retreat in Providence, Rhode Island, where historic character meets fresh, stylish design. This beautifully designed apartment is a sanctuary of unique charm, featuring dramatic 20-foot ceilings and a striking spiral staircase that serves as an impressive focal point for the entire home.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests. The layout includes 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, featuring a spacious primary bedroom with a queen bed, bureau, and closet. A cozy loft-style bedroom with a double bed is accessed via the charming spiral staircase; this space is open to the living area below with low ceilings, making it a perfect sleeping hideaway. For additional guests, the living area offers a premium, plush queen sleeper sofa that ensures a comfortable night's sleep for adults.

The inviting open layout seamlessly blends the living and dining spaces. A clean, modern bathroom completes the space, featuring a walk-in shower and provided essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer.
