Prearrival Tasks: A link will be sent to you after booking. Follow the link to sign an e-rental agreement and submit identification before your reservation can be confirmed. This must be sent before your reservation starts or you will not receive check-in instructions.

House Capacity: House capacity is 8 guest max. No more than 8 people can be inside of the home at once. After 10pm, only guest who are reserved are allowed in the home. Anyone in the home after 10pm will have to be added to the reservation. If you chose to break this rule and have more than 8 people in the home, your reservation will be terminated. If you have concerns, please feel free to each out to me directly.

Loitering/Loud Noises: No loud noises or loitering in the front of the home at any time of the day. To be clear coming and going, parking and retrieving your items from your vehicle is absolutely fine. Continuous loud noise will result in a $50.00 fine and possible termination of your reservation.

Parties/Events: No parties that consist of more than your guest count. To be clear it is okay to have a celebration / get together if the amount of people does not exceed the number of people in the reservation. The max you can reserve for is 8 guests. If you reserve for 8 guests, it is okay to celebrate respectfully while following the other house rules.

No Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY Smoking inside of the home will result in a $200 fine

No Pets: Pet/animals are NOT allowed. We are animal lovers ! But we have to respect possible allergic reactions for future guest and do not want to have any risk. This also means that if you are having guest visit , they cannot have animals either, even if it is not staying.

Dangerous/Unlawful Activities: Do not participate in any unlawful or dangerous activities. For example, do not wrestle in the property, play with weapons, or use items in the house as weapons. Do no partake in illegal substances while staying with us.

Late Check-outs: A $50 fine will be charged to you for every 30min after 11:15am, check out is at 11am or earlier. To be clear, if it’s 2 minutes into the 30-minute period you will be charged a full $50.If you need more time, simply contact me the night before to set up a late checkout. Our cleaning staff has a tight schedule and one guest being extremely late can cause others to have a delayed check in.

Lost Items: Lost items will be held for two weeks, except for food items those will be thrown away immediately. If they are not claimed within two weeks of your check out date, then they will be donated to our local goodwill. Any items that need to be shipped will cost an additional $20 on top of shipping cost. You can always contact us and have your items picked up for free. Please claim your items.

Snack Bar: Snack Bar is paid as you go. The prices are clearly posted at the snack bar please pay using one of the on-site posted payment options before checkout.

Please let us know about any issues you are having within the first 24 hours of check in. If your reservation is only for one day, please let us know ASAP so that we can help better your stay. If we don’t hear from you, we will assume that everything is fine. We do not like to bother our guest during the duration of their stay; however, we are always here to help. Do not build a list of issues and wait till the end of your reservation to let us know. We want to each guest to enjoy our homes to the fullest.
